Celebrating our first trainee programme
Across the autumn, we launched our annual trainee programme and welcomed our first trainee, Sage Horley.
We sat down with Sage to get his thoughts on his time with us:
“My time at Lucent has been an amazing opportunity to work on a myriad of exciting tasks and projects. From diving into data analysis and market research to producing my own research on the future of membership organisations, this experience has allowed me to develop soft and hard skills which are of great value to me.
The Lucent team have been highly supportive throughout this process. Their encouragement, assistance and feedback have been invaluable, and their inclusion of me in various projects has allowed me to contribute to important work – and make a real difference.
I'm leaving Lucent not just with these skills and a far greater understanding of the industry, but also with a renewed clarity of outlook on my future career. Many thanks to the Lucent team for such a great experience!”
We look forward to continuing the programme on an annual basis, but for now wish Sage plenty of luck in his future endeavours.
