Explore

The first step is a chance for us to understand the context of your work and the challenges you face.

We'll create a tailored Compass solution; from defining a number of questions bespoke to you to curating the list of respondents.

Once the format has been agreed, we issue the Compass survey, which is quick and easy to complete on mobile devices or at a desktop.

 

 

Gather

During this stage, we survey the views of agreed respondents (such as board members, staff, or volunteers).

We provide an objective, deep-dive analysis to help you identify what's working, and what might need your attention.

 

 

Analysis and Review

We'll collate all of the responses and provide a top-line analysis to be presented to your team.

This is a chance for you to review anything you find surprising, anything you were expecting to see, or anything you are curious to find out more about. We offer a benchmark of your results against other organisations who have completed the survey .

Building on this independent evidence is the best starting point for a strong and coherent organisational strategy, helping you focus your efforts during that strategy process where they are most needed.
